Welcome to Valor Node! This article will guide you through the basics of using our services and managing your account.

Accessing Your Client Area

To manage your services, view invoices, and open support tickets, log in to your client area at https://billing.valornode.net. Use the credentials you created during registration.

Opening a Support Ticket

If you need help, our support team is ready to assist you. After logging into the client area, click on “Support” and then “Open Ticket” to submit your request.

Understanding Your Invoice

Invoices are sent by email and also accessible in your client area under “Billing > My Invoices.” Each invoice lists your purchased services, amounts due, and payment status.
