Billing & Account Management

Adding or Updating Payment Methods

Log in to your client area and go to “Billing > Payment Methods.” You can add new credit cards, update existing ones, or remove payment methods.

Understanding Your Invoice

Invoices detail your charges, due dates, and payment status. You can view, download, and pay invoices from the “Billing > My Invoices” section.

Cancelling a Service

To cancel any service, submit a cancellation request via your client area or open a support ticket. Note that after provisioning, refunds are not guaranteed as per our Refund Policy.

Upgrading or Downgrading Hosting Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan by opening a ticket with our sales team or through the client area if enabled.

Late Payment & Service Suspension

Invoices unpaid past their due date may result in service suspension. Please pay promptly to avoid disruption.
