Getting Started with Your VPS or Dedicated Server

Once your VPS or dedicated server is provisioned, you will receive an email with your login credentials and IP address.

Accessing Your Server

• Linux VPS/Dedicated: Connect via SSH using a terminal or SSH client.
  Example: ssh root@your_server_ip
• Windows Dedicated Server: Connect via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) using the provided credentials.

Server Management

You are responsible for managing and maintaining your VPS or dedicated server unless you have purchased managed services.

Common management tasks include:

• Installing and updating software
• Configuring firewalls and security
• Monitoring resource usage
• Performing backups

Rebooting or Resetting Your Server

You can reboot your server through the client area under “Services > My Services,” or by using SSH/Remote Desktop commands.

Backups

Backups may be available depending on your plan. We recommend maintaining your own backups as well.
