How to Install SSL Certificates in DirectAdmin
Secure your website with SSL by installing a certificate via DirectAdmin:
- Log in to DirectAdmin at
https://yourdomain.com:2222. - Click on SSL Certificates under your domain.
- Choose your SSL option:
- Free & automatic certificate from Let's Encrypt (recommended)
- Paste a pre-purchased certificate
- If using Let's Encrypt:
- Enter your email address.
- Select the domain(s) to secure.
- Click Save to generate and install the certificate automatically.
- If pasting your certificate:
- Paste the certificate, private key, and CA bundle in the respective fields.
- Click Save.
- After installation, enable SSL redirect if you want your site to always use HTTPS.
Your site is now secured with SSL!
