How to Create Backups in DirectAdmin
Regular backups protect your website data. Follow these steps to create a backup:
- Log in to DirectAdmin at
https://yourdomain.com:2222. - Click on Create/Restore Backups.
- Select the backup options:
- Mail: Backup your email accounts and settings
- Databases: Backup MySQL databases
- Files: Backup website files
- Click Create Backup. The backup process may take some time.
- Once complete, you can download the backup file or restore it from the same interface.
We recommend downloading backups regularly and storing them safely.
