This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued by Valor Holdings LLC DBA Valor Node ("Valor Node", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. No Refund Guarantee
All sales are final. Once a service has been provisioned, activated, or delivered, we are not obligated to offer a refund under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, web hosting, VPS services, domain registrations, and dedicated servers.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in rare cases, and solely at the discretion of Valor Node. Factors we may consider include:
- Provisioning errors caused by us.
- Service not delivered as described due to a fault on our part.
- Requests made within 24 hours of purchase and before provisioning begins.
Refunds will not be issued based on:
- Customer dissatisfaction with features clearly listed on the product page.
- Failure to understand system requirements or compatibility issues.
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Domains, Licenses, and Non-Refundable Items
Domain registrations, renewals, software licenses, and any third-party fees are non-refundable once purchased or submitted to the registrar or vendor.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our billing department by opening a ticket through our client portal or emailing [email protected]. You must include:
- Your full name and account email address
- The invoice number or transaction ID
- A clear explanation of your refund request
5. Processing Time
If approved, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of our terms and may result in immediate service suspension or termination. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide proof of service delivery. Any chargeback may also result in a chargeback fee, which is solely the cost our payment processors charge for each chargeback case.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
